By reducing overheads and using technology to work smarter, The Norfolk Agents are able to offer you a fully personalised and local rental service for your property in Norfolk at a significantly reduced rate to a traditional agent.
We offer three fixed fee Lettings packages. Save whilst renting your house now by choosing one of the three packages below that best suits your rental requirements.
Any fees due for Let Only and set up fees for Full Management are taken from the initial months rent where possible. Additional monthly fees with Fully Managed services are taken from the monthly rent payments received from the tenant.
