The Norfolk Agents team are now working back within the office. The Government has issued advisory information to enable us to carry out our duties. Please note that although our office is open, we would ask that you come in by appointment only.

If you would like us to carry out a valuation at your property, we will wear an appropriate face covering and stick to the two-meter distancing wherever possible. We would ask that we are able to wash our hands on entering and leaving your property and ask that the property is well ventilated during our visit.

To carry out a viewing, we would ask that only two members of the same household arrive at the viewing and the viewing time is no longer than 15 minutes. The Government has suggested that Agents should carry out viewings wherever possible, however; if the homeowner is showing, we would ask that all other members of the household leave the property whilst the viewing is being conducted.

The safety of our clients and staff is paramount, we are reviewing our practices daily to ensure that we keep up to date with the latest Government advice.
