Adding these 30 plus online agents portals to our existing promotion with Rightmove, our very active social media pages, our own website and our traditional marketing services means instructing us to sell your house will result in potentially millions of  views.

We chose to use Zoopla, as well as Rightmove, as it and its sister website Prime Location has great user engagement in London and the home counties, which as Norfolk is a popular relocation, retirement and second home destination, can only be good news for our vendors, especially as our fees to sell your house in Norfolk remain the amongst the cheapest for estate agents in Norfolk.

As well as listing properties, Zoopla is also a searchable directory of UK residential properties information including their history, using various sources like the postcode database, the HM Land Registry’s data on property transactions, Google maps, and several other data sources.
