Since we announced that we were launching an Estate Agents with a difference, the question that we have been asked the most is what makes us so different?

We’ve tried very hard to come up with an answer to this in less than twenty seconds, but the truth is, to fully understand what we are all about, we really need a couple of minutes of your time.

At present, if you are looking to sell a property, you have two offerings to choose from. On one hand you have the traditional High Street form of Estate Agency and on the other, you have a choice from the various online only companies that have grown in popularity over the last 12 months. Both options have their benefits and likewise, their detracting factors; we consider ourselves to be occupying the space between the two, selecting the best elements of both to provide a service that is the best of both worlds, which we believe is unique in estate agencies in Norfolk.

The experience of our clients, whether buyers or sellers, is at the very heart of everything we do. Our office in Fakenham which is managed by Laura, is open from 9.00 – 5.30 from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 -1.00 on Saturday mornings, plus we have mobile numbers for outside these hours meaning that there is always someone nearby that understands your property who is available for a chat.

The digital age has clearly transformed how the industry performs, therefore it is of the highest importance that your property is WELL-PRESENTED on Rightmove, the nation’s most prominent property portal. You will notice the emphasis on well-presented; Rightmove provides the shop window but your agent still carries the responsibility of making sure that everything that is special about your property is clear for people to see, in both the photographs and the text. We use high-quality equipment and take time to prepare our sales particulars so that we fully capture the best aspects of any property. The exposure of your property doesn’t end with the web portals, there is still a great deal of power in print advertising, so expect to see our properties featuring prominently in the local press from the beginning of April.

Fees and charges is perhaps the most obvious battle ground between the High Street and the online agents. We certainly wouldn’t want to define ourselves as a ‘cheap option’, but our model enables us to compete with the online only companies on price.
